For the first time, thanks to our members and partner organizations such as CAM- California Association of Museums, 2016 will see grants awarded to cultural and historical institutions from funds raised by the sale of Snoopy license plates. Soon, this grant will become an annual occurrence, and we need as much funding as possible to go to historical societies.
CCHS’s vision is that we will be able to hire a grant consultant who can advise our member historical societies on their grant. We would not write it, but we will teach you how to make the grant stronger, more competitive and fundable. We hope to raise enough funds for this service to become a benefit of membership at no additional cost.
